Kerala Ayurveda Packages at Certified Wellness Centres

Kerala is the traditional home of Ayurveda. We work with certified centres offering physician consultations and treatment programs, paired with a relaxed backwater or hill-station stay rather than a purely clinical retreat.

Common Ayurveda Programs

🌿

Rejuvenation (Rasayana)

General wellness and stress-relief programs, typically 5–7 days, suited to first-time visitors.

🧘

Panchakarma

A structured detoxification program, usually 14–21 days, recommended for specific health goals under physician guidance.

💆

Stress & Sleep Programs

Shorter 3–5 day programs combining massage therapies with a relaxed holiday schedule.

ELE Tours arranges travel, stay and transfers around your Ayurveda program — treatment plans themselves are always set by the centre's qualified physicians after an in-person consultation, not by us.

Kerala Ayurveda — FAQ

What is the best season for Ayurveda treatments in Kerala?

Traditionally, the monsoon months (June–September) are considered ideal, as the cooler, humid climate is believed to help the body absorb treatments more effectively — though programs run year-round.

How many days does a genuine Ayurveda program require?

A basic rejuvenation program runs 5–7 days; a full Panchakarma detoxification program is generally 14–21 days. Very short 1–2 day 'Ayurveda' add-ons are more spa experience than therapeutic program.

Will a doctor evaluate me before treatment starts?

At the certified centres we work with, yes — a physician consultation precedes any treatment plan, and the program is adjusted to your individual constitution and health history.
